Thus, Popular Feedmill Corporation was born. It maintained its manufacturing plant at the South of Cebu at Tabunok, Talisay City.

I.T STAFF Qualifications:
- Male
- Not more than 30 years old
- Single
- BS Graduate of Computer Science or BS Information Technology
- With or without experience / Fresh graduates may apply
- Ability to operate information systems input devices.
- Ability to install microcomputers and related equipment
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques for setting up various systems on computer hardware
- Ability to identify and resolve problems associated with operating system malfunctions.
- Networking experience and LAN installation is a plus
- Able to multi task in dynamic environment
- Can withstand under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Must have good interpersonal relationship, well organized and conversant.
