Position Description

- Survey QA testers are responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our online survey programs that are created using our proprietary software called W.I.R.E. (Web Integrated Research Engine).
- Survey QA Testers will work closely with both Programmers and Account managers (AM) to guarantee the accuracy of all survey programs before they are launched into a 'live' environment.

Fundamental Duties

- Test through completed survey programs and find and identify any errors or mistakes
- Create detailed logs identifying any errors, clarifications and concerns.
- Communicate error logs with Programmer's to effectively eliminate any inaccuracy.
- Validate quota screens
- Validate skip logic through marginal checks

General Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree of any IT related courses
- Proficient in English in both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills required
- Must possess strong logical reasoning skills
- Meticulous and having a strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a Team
- Able to work nightshift is a must
- Knowledge in PHP or MySQL is an advantage but not required
- Software testing experience a big plus
- Trainable and adaptable to change
