CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR (ONLINE MEDIA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of online advertising campaigns
• Trafficking of banner ads and ad tags
• Media buying through various media platforms, exchanges, and technology partners
• Troubleshooting campaign and ad issues
• Liaise with advertising clients and web site publishers
• Monitor ads for compliance with advertising policies
• Coordinate campaign reporting with accounting staff for invoicing

REQUIREMENTS:
• B.A. or B.S. degree in IT, Computer Science, Programming, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance, or 2-year degree plus (1) one year of relevant work experience
• Very interested in online advertising and Internet technology
• Strong analytical skills; very good with numbers, able to observe patterns and relationships in data
• Very good Excel skills
• Hard-working, diligent, pro-active self-starter, able to work without close or constant supervision
• Mature person, responsible, dependable, trustworthy, honest
• Able to multitask and handle a variety of work tasks effectively and efficiently
• Organized, careful, detail-oriented, with good sense of process flow
• Good common sense and good judgment
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Visaya
• Live within one hour of Ayala PUV Terminal, preferably closer
• Non-smoker
• Able to start work by June 1, 2012, and preferably sooner

NOT REQUIRED, BUT PLUSES
• Experience interacting with clients (by email and phone), and able to maintain good working relationships with clients
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, Java Script, Flash, PHP, CSS, iFrame, etc.
• Knowledge of CPM, CPC, and CPA online advertising campaigns
• Ad trafficking experience or knowledge of ad servers
• Knowledge of campaign setup and optimization, including targeting and frequency capping
• Experience with SEM, SEO, AdSense, PPC advertising, or affiliate network
• Knowledge of video ads
• Knowledge of mobile ads
 
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Attractive compensation package based upon how well the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills match the criteria listed above
• Initially hired on 6-month contract; eligible for subsequent full-time employment
• Flexible days and hours: set your own work schedule
• We respect your scheduling needs for school, parenting, etc.
• Minimum of 13.5 months pay per year, including summer bonus and winter bonus, plus possible additional bonus based upon performance and profit sharing
