(CEBU) IT PROJECTS HEAD - URGENT!!!
Responsibilities:
Assist the MIS Head in the development of IT project plans across the organization to ensure that effective systems are introduced to meet identified needs and objectives;
Overall management of the implementation of IT projects to ensure that all deliverables/targets are reached and that the overall project is completed in accordance with agreed timelines and budget;
Identify user requirements and develop project plans and product specifications that will ensure that these requirements are met;
Develop and implement any necessary procedures and documentation required to support new IT systems and procedures;
Provide end user systems support and training to ensur e that they make the optimum use of these application systems;
Conduct post project evaluations/reviews with end user departments to ensure that systems implemented are operating effectively and providing the services required by users;
Represent the MIS Department on strategies IT project planning meetings and reviews to ensure that the best possible advice is given about the benefits and implications of any new IT application systems or proposed software system changes; and
Maintenance and administration of all corporate application systems ensuring high availability and reliability for company operations use.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a Bachelor's degree holder preferably related to Business, Management, Engineering or Information Technology;
Must have at least 5 years recent experience working as a Project Manager and Systems Administrator handling ERP Implementation, systems analysis / design and software projects man agement;
Must have proven successful work experience in IT master planning and direction setting of key IT projects to be aligned with strategic business objectives / challenges;
Must have strong knowledge in standard project management and software development methodology'
Must have solid knowledge and understanding of best practices in IT project outsourcing, IT vendor management, IT project portfolio management and project documentation standards;
Must also have strong supervisory, customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to be able to effectively present and interact with all employee levels in the organization;

Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
