As a Collections-Customer Support Advisor, you play an integral role in Credit Card Services by handling the very first interaction with Chase customers in attempting to resolve delinquency and directly impacting the risk of loss to the bank. You will act as a credit counselor by offering solutions based on card members' individual needs with the goal of negotiating immediate payments and/or promises to pay with specified payment dates and amounts. PURCHASER / WAREHOUSE CUSTODIAN

Abilities required:
1. With good oral and written communications skills
2. Have a good negotiating and coordinating skills.
3. Has a good documentation skills
4. Has a good inventory and auditing skills
5. Must be detail oriented and concise
6. Must be resourceful and practical
7. Must be independent, hardworking and can work without or less supervision but is a strong team player
8. Must exhibit integrity and has high regards to strong work ethic

Main responsibilities
1. Responsible for canvassing construction materials and for sourcing of potential suppliers
2. Serves as the key acquisition channel of the company
3. Negotiates suppliers on the purchase of construction materials and other materials relevant to the main business of the company.
4. Makes sure that the materials purchased are according to the specifications or standard set by the company
5. Maintains and keep tracks of inventory files of all materials acquired and used
6. Keeps updated records of all movements of materials.
7. Primarily responsible for the custody of all materials for construction either kept in the warehouse or other places.
8. Responsible for the maintenance of all equipments used in the construction and it's safekeeping inside the warehouse or within Panorama.
9. Conducts periodic inventory in coordination with admin/accounting to make sure that the record keeping is in line with physical inventory
10. Keep tracks dues on suppliers and coordinates with admin/accounting for the timely payment of the purchases
11. Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her by Mr. Qua relating to purchasing and warehousing
