GRAPHIC NEW MEDIA DESIGNER Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and execute overall design of web pages based on the requirements and preferences of clients.
• Design wire frames for web pages
• Create UI storyboards
• Create Interaction design documents
• Translate Photoshop documents into CSS & HTML templates
• Develop Flash sites using Actionscript
• Script website interactions using Javascript
• Develop Web pages according to W3C standards
• Handles all UI related changes on existing applications of the company.
Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Design conceptualization and execution, Storyboarding, Web scripting, Interaction design, CSS, HTML, Adobe Photshop, XML, Javascript, Flash and Actionscript.
• Can create fully cross-browser compatible templates that are W3C compliant
• Preferably with basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL and Apache but not required.
• Knowledge in SEO
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
