iComm is looking for individuals to fill multiple positions at our corporate headquarters located at the Skyrise Building at the Asiatown I.T. Park in Lahug Cebu City .

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Requirement
- Must have at least 3 - 5 years related experience and be able to respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information in more the 60 countries worldwide.
- He/she must be a college graduate, preferably of a computer or business course.
- Applicant should have above average communication skills (oral and written) and above average computer skills.
