We are looking for competitive personnel for:

I.T SUPPORT

Qualifications:
• A graduate of Computer Engineering / Computer Science
• Have at least one year experience in IT related support functions or IT help desk
• Fast learner and team player
• Basic Windows OS, MSOffice & email apps troubleshooting
• Attentive listening & excellent communications skills
• Ability to multitask and be able to prioritize tasks assigned

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in providing day-to-day Level 1 end user support for all aspects of the IT services
• Support on-site engineer to build and install PCs, servers, printers and peripheral devices as required
• Assist in handling software and email installations and troubleshooting
• Ensure that all aspects of the service are documented and that existing documentation is kept up to date
• Pro-actively look for preventive initiative to reduce total support needs
• Collaborates with suppliers and vendors in purchasing computer hardware and devices.
