SENIOR Center Center Support engineer:
Be part of the dynamic support team, this position requires a very well organized individual and involves high responsibility.
The Center Center Support engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and supporting software in call center environment
and ensuring 99.9% availability of all systems and processes. You will document and implement fail over scenarios
and procure needed software and hardware. The successful candidate will be assigned a team to run the smooth operations around the clock.

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Linux and windows operating system.
- Expert in MYSQL.
- Familiarity with asterisk or other phone systems is a plus, we will train.
- Desire to learn and think on your feet.
- Please be ready to take SQL exam.
- Cisco routers certification is a plus
- at least 1 year of experience in IT management.
