We are currently looking for OPERATIONS MANAGER (CEBU CITY)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
* This position is responsible for coaching and supporting Team Supervisors in a Service Center.Operations environment.
* This position is also responsible for ensuring client service levels and budgets are met on a consistent basis. It demands a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Analyze performance results and implement strategies in a provocative manner.
* Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements.
* Ensure department operates according to client and company measures.
* Maintain understanding of client specific training.
* Resolve escalated customer complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed at least 2 years of college or its equivalent.
* Fluent in English and communicates clearly.
* Proficient in basic computer operations.
* Proficient with various software applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Has working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (phone, email, web).
* Has previous working experience in the same position for at least 1 year and 1 year experience as a Team Leader specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Back office experience is an advantage.
* Preferably with passport and a U.S. Visa.
* Must be willing to travel to the U.S. on short notice to train there for at least a month.
