• Complex customer management,

• Recruiting, staffing, and workforce management,
• Loan processing,
• Benefits and claims administration,
• Vendor management,

Currently we are looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Qualifications:
• Preferably graduates or should have completed at least 2 years of any college course
• Must have at least 6 months call center experience
• With strong comprehension and listening skills
• With excellent communication skills
• Willing to work on varied hours, weekends and holidays
