QUALIFICATIONS
* Has excellent English communication skills
* Customer-oriented, organized and a team player
* Has strong problem solving ability
* Willing to work on shifts
* Willing to work in Cebu
* Internet savvy
* College Level/College Graduate
* Technical Degree is a plus (but not required)
* Technical Experience is a plus
