Job Overview:
We are looking for an individual to create and manage short/long term training strategies for ALL our staff, both rank and file, and also managerial.
- You will look to develop particular skills that will assist individuals to achieve company goals and help managers effectively manage all aspects of their dept.
- You will also look to optimize dept admin processes, KPIs and organization with a view to streamlining processes, making them simple, effective and aligned with company targets and interests.
