JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Job Description:
- Supervise and produce accounting reports including but not limited to:
o Expense Reports
o Bank Reconciliation
o Financial Reports
o Prepares invoices, billing documents, purchase orders
o Prepares monthly reports
- Supervise and produce inventory and other related documents
Qualifications:
• Good grasp of accounting fundamentals
• Able to closely supervise staff and get results
• Able to hit deadlines and deliver reports on time
• Experience working in Construction or Manufacturing industry
• Responsible, effective and able o focus on achieving goals
• Intelligent, pro-active, meticulous, organized
• At least two (2) years solid experience
• Above average communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
