88th Floor Gifts, Inc. is a Customer Service company, full force in the Order Entry, Graphics and I. T. Departments, who is dedicated to ensure uncompromised and unconditional customer satisfaction.
In 2003, we opened as the Philippine affiliate of Eighth Floor Promotions, who is the leading manufacturer of corporate recognition awards and is comprised of two distinct brands known as Visions Awards and Awardcraft. Within the same year, Visions President Reagan Holm formally announced the Visions Awards and Awardcraft merger.
Key Events
January 2007 Eighth Floor Promotions, the parent company of 88th Floor Gifts, Inc., restructured Customer Service strengthening Standards & Custom Department using both Visions Awards and Awardcraft companies as one.
September 2006 88th Floor Gifts, Inc. turned 3 years of service!!!
November 2005 88th Floor Gifts, Inc. started cross training of employees to learn both Visions Awards and Awardcraft procedures in Customer Service & Order Entry and Graphics Department.
2005 New Management under Jeff Nelson as General Manager. At the same time, 88th opened the production & warehouse area.
2004 Normal operations commenced in Customer Service & Order Entry and Graphics Department.
December 2003 Customer Service answered the very first call on LIVE! and was able to receive the very first Shelly Award for Customer Service Satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Preferably Mass Communication, Business Management, Computer Science Graduate
Good communication skill
Excellent listening skills
Highly analytical and pays attention to details
Possess strong mathematical skills
Have a working knowledge with computers, scanners, printers, IP phones and fax machines
Willing to work on graveyard shift
