BUILDING ENGINEER
- The candidate is responsible for the strict monitoring, repair and maintenance of building facilities and equipment to provide superior service to the clients.
Qualifications:
• Male, graduate of Electrical Engineering
• Not more than 35 years old
• With 1-5 years experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial plant equipment such as air conditioning, elevators, pumps, operable windows, roof systems and plumbing would be an advantage
• High level of maturity , initiative and resourcefulness
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Can work with less supervision
