Currently we are looking for:

HR ASSISTANT - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS (for Cebu)

This position requires
- The equivalent of a college degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, Accountancy, or a related field
- Plus at least 6 months – 1 year experience in Compensation and Benefits.

1. Basic knowledge in Compensation and Government Benefits administration.
2. Above average Mathematical skills.
3. Average Oral and written English communication skills.
4. Average computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office , especially in MS EXCEL, MS WORK and MS POWERPOINT.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to plan and organize work.
7. Ability to work well in a team.
