• Bachelor's degree with 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resource Management or any related field
• Knowledgeable on Philippine Labor Laws
• With solid experience in Human Resource functions
• With good interpersonal skills
• Good in written and oral communication skills
• Computer literates
