Currently we are looking for:
HCD - EMPLOYEE RELATION STAFF (for Cebu)
This position requires
- The equivalent of a college degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field
- Plus at least 1 year experience in Employee Relations.
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge in Employee Relations processes.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and practice.
• Above average Oral and written English communication skills.
• Average Counseling skills.
• Average Problem-solving, analytical and initiative skills.
• Average computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office, especially in MS EXCEL, MS WORD and MS POWERPOINT.
• Ability to adapt to different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan and organize work.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
• Preferrably female but will consider male applicants provided they have the experience
