ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for people who have the following general characteristics:
- Highly flexible, adaptable, and patient
- Has an attitude to produce results
- Excellent work habits
- Can legally drive and no constraints for travel
- Computer literate
- A graduate of any business-related course
- Age 35 or younger
- Prefers to be assigned to Cebu, Tacloban, Cagayan or Davao (residence: an advantage)

Major Responsibilities:
Ensures an increase in the existing direct seller active members through effective orientation and training programs that spearheads increase average sales performance per member, and supports the achievement of area sales target. Reports directly to the Retail Sales Manager

Additional Qualifications:
- Good experience in effective training delivery
- Working background in marketing or psychology
