In Mindanao, it has presence in the cities of Cagayan De Oro, Iligan, Pagadian, and Ozamis.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for people who have the following general characteristics:
- Highly flexible, adaptable, and patient
- Has an attitude to produce results
- Excellent work habits
- Can legally drive and no constraints for travel
- Computer literate
- A graduate of any business-related course
- Age 35 or younger
- Prefers to be assigned to Cebu, Tacloban, Cagayan or Davao (residence: an advantage)

DIRECT SALES MANAGER

Major Responsibilities:
Manages area to ensure an increase in direct seller membership database through effective recruitment program, increased per member average sales performance, the achievement of the area sales target, and timely collection of receivables. Reports directly to the National Direct Sales Manager

Additional Qualifications:
- Good experience in direct selling or networking
- Tract record for effective recruitment
- Must have an existing network or sales group
