EPIC RESOURCES MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (EPIC) is a multi-purpose cooperative engaged in outsourcing of services, manpower resources, development and deployment, productivity enhancement and company operations services. EPIC undertakes to secure Service Agreements with local and multinational businesses and corporations and to eventually deploy its owner-members to these companies.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
(National Capital Region, Baguio, Cavite, Cebu, Laguna)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the over-all achievement of the sales and financial goals.
• Conceptualizes, develops and implements key business building activities, plans and programs for the clients and areas to achieve the key results.
• Coordinates with Area Coordinators, and other members of the group such as Accounting, Human Resources and Administration.
• Builds goodwill to all clients in the assigned area.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Good Marketing, Public Relation, Communication Skills.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
