Sales Manager
(Central Visayas - Cebu City)

Responsibilities:

• Guarantees that all business activities comply with policies and ethical standards.
• Ensures achievement of sales target through effective implementation of sales program and effective management of the Sales Consultants.
• Evaluates the over-all performance in terms of volume sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitors daily activities of Sales Consultants.
• Ensures that teams are equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills to efficiently perform their responsibilities.
• Assists and guides Sales Consultants with their accounts.
• Organizes promotional activities within and outside the Dealership.
• Maintains contact with customers to enhance and strengthen harmonious relationship.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

• With good organizational, analytical planning, management skills and customer service orientation
• With strong team leadership abilities, product knowledge, selling and negotiating skills
• Proficient in oral and written communication
