CallTek Center International Inc is a customer contact center based in Cebu Philippines since May 14, 2004. It was founded by two US-based engineers with product development and technical support experience for PC/Server motherboards, telecommunications, High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) systems as well as computer networking.

Technical Support Engineers

Requirements:

  • • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • • Strong Problem Solving Ability
  • • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • • College Level/College Graduate
  • • Technical degree is an advantage
  • • Experience in cable TV industry is a plus
  • • Call Center experience is a plus
