Responsibilities:

• The Sales Training Supervisor is responsible for training, development and motivation of the sales force.
• Will support the Branch Manager in sales development goals and other related activities designed to drive the sales performance and sales force motivation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications Arts, Social Sciences, Education or Business course
• Open to individuals with high leadership potential and background in sales and/or training
• Pleasing personality; above average service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and mobile; willing to be assigned anywhere
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
