Job Description: EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT FOR CEBU
Responsibilities:
• Placement of jobs by facilitating effective matching of the right candidates with client requirements.
• Close transactions of client requirements by providing timely and accurate feedback and resolving problems and complaints of clients in an effective and timely manner.
• Provide coaching and counseling as and when needed to assure the candidate's good performance and set up the candidate for success.
• Increase business with prospective and existing clients to meet budgeted sales revenue target by maintaining excellent business relationship with clients.
• Ensure delivery of high quality service to candidates and clients
• Perform variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
• Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database while maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Three (3) to five (5) years work experience in executive recruitment
• With extensive network in the call center/bpo industry
• Familiar with up-to-date interviewing techniques
• With well-developed negotiations skills
• Highly customer service oriented
• Keen business sense
• Can communicate and relate effectively with top level management people
• Willing to work extended or flexible hours
• Willing to be based in Cebu
