Job Qualifications:
• A graduate in BS Psychology or any behavioral science course
• Can work under pressure with less supervision
• At least two (2) years experience in Personnel or HR function preferably in a mid-size company
• With leadership quality and mature
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge in compensation benefits and government statutory employee benefit compliance is a must
• Must be computer literate
• Salary package is competitive
