Qualifications:
• Female, preferably single and not more than 35 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any behavioral science course
• Must be familiar in all facets of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Labor Laws, Employee Relations, Training & Development, etc.
• Highly dependable, persevering, service oriented and able to relate well with people
• Must be organized, dynamic, matured, self-driven individual & has relevant supervisory skills
• Can work under pressure with less supervision & willing to extend long hours
• Above par oral and written communication skills
