IT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Will head the IT section, manage and supervise
IT Support Staff and implement the company's IT policies and procedures.
• Primary responsibility is the maintenance of the company's IT assets including
local area network, internet connectivity, telephony and VoIP systems, servers and desktop workstations.
Required Skills:
• In depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Network infrastructure and server administration including backup and disaster recovery planning
• Intimate knowledge of Open Source Telephony/VoIP such as Asterisk etc.
• Familiarity with call center technologies such as predictive dialers, communications servers
• People management
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Work Experience
• at least 2 to 3 years as IT Officer/ IT Lead, preferably in a contact center environment.
Educ Background
• Degree in CS, CoE, or IT
