TEAM LEADER (CEBU CITY)
JOB PROFILE:
- Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions.
- Ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources.
- Ability to coach, develops action plans, which maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
- Excellent customer service / support skills, ability to work well under pressure, professional demeanor and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- By preference, talent should be from Cebu or its nearby provinces (Bacolod or Iloilo) and is willing to relocate with or without relocation assistance from us.
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or Completed at least 2 years of college or its equivalent
- Fluent in English and communicates clearly
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Proficient with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Has working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (phone, email, web)
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Should have at least 1 year solid Team Lead experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Passport will be required for certain accounts.
