CEBU – Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:
• You will act as a business partner to the senior management of assigned business units by providing guidance and direction on all human resources issues. Represent all human resources discipline and perform specialized human resources activity including employment and employee relations when needed.
• Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
• Understand assigned business unit's objective and develop and manage human resources budget to support this objective.
• Identify and recommend appropriate policies and practices that also support business unit objectives.
• Manage and perform all human resource functions associated with acquiring or opening issues.
• Act as a consultant for managers on employee issues including compensation and performance issues.
• Manage and resolve all employee issues associated with other human resources disciplines including compensation, benefits, and training and development by leveraging other department members when needed.
• Manage the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of the human resource function within a business unit.
• Develop a partnership with the business unit and understand what the objectives are and make recommendations, identify solutions regarding human resources policies and practices to support the business unit.
• Advise company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions.
• Establish, administer, and coordinate organization-sponsored employee services and activities in order to enhance the employee relation's climate.
• Perform any essential training and/or work with the site-training specialist to conduct training programs on a regular basis.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in the related field; preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Candidate must have knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers.
• Candidate must have the ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
• Candidate must have the ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Candidate must have the ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development.
• Candidate must have skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
• Candidate must have knowledge of contact services industry and best practices.
• Candidate must have knowledge of PC applications.
• Candidate must have the ability to travel.
• Candidate must have the ability to work on rotating shifts.
