CEBU - Language Training Specialist (ESL)
Responsibilities:
• You will prepare materials for class (modules, assessment tools, certification forms and facilitator guide).
• You will deliver Language Pre-employment training and any type of Language training intervention for the different business units and their clients.
• You will supervise agents while in their training period.
• You will develop non-classroom communication and training materials.
• You will assess participant and class performance.
• You will participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits) and may perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• You will create Trainee Scorecards.
• Some travel may be required between call centers and / or client site visits.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Candidate must have 1 year of experience as ESL teacher (group) or 2 years Language Training in a call center.
• Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate must have demonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization.
• Candidate must have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
