CEBU - Team Manager (active pooling)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the daily one-on-one supervision and management of all Support Professionals on assigned team.
You will ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') obligations of our clients through the management of operational activity of the team.
Under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager, you implement systems and processes to achieve client-specified metrics while providing development opportunities to our Support Professionals.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a Sales account.
Candidate must possess ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team.
Candidate must be proficient in MS Office.
Candidate must possess above average problem solving and decision making skills.
Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communications skills.
Candidate must be willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
