Urgent Hiring for Network Processing Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Technical troubleshooting and fault isolation techniques must be utilized to isolate and resolve system and customer issues.
• Coordination of service testing with all involved providers must be performed until the customer's service is up and working.
• Handle incoming calls and tickets in a network operations center environment.
• Emphasis is on technical troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues and requests.
Requirements:
• Graduate of a 4-5 year course
• At least 1 year work experience in a technical or operations position in a telecommunications or BPO company
• Possess good written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
