Experienced Tech Support Professionals (Gaming Account)
Now hiring Experienced Technical Support Professionals (Gaming Account). Take your career to the next level. Be hired and earn up to P22,000 per month!
Responsibilities:
• As an experienced technical support professional, you will be responsible for providing problem resolution for incoming service inquiries which are basic or routine. May answer inquiries, solve problems, and perform limited troubleshooting using provided scripting and published materials.
Requirements:
• Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate. (Preferably from an IT related course)
• At least six (6) months call center or IT helpdesk experience
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems. Including but not limited to one or more of the following; Mac OS, Windows 98, NT, 2000, ME, XP, UNIX, and Linux.
• Good English communication skills.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
