Looking for :
ACCOUNTANT
(Manila - FTI Complex, Taguig City)
Dimension and Scope:
The incumbent shall perform accounting and administrative tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. The main tasks and responsibilities involve the following:
• review invoices and check requests
• sort and match invoices and check requests
• set invoices up for payment
• prepare and process accounts payable checks
• reconciliation of payments
• prepare analysis of accounts
• correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• produce monthly reports, and assist in month end closing
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent, and preferably with exposure in accounts payable processing in a manufacturing firm.
- An experience in LAN Accounting Systems is an advantage.
- He/She must be well versed with MS Office.
- Has strong accounting and analytical skills; can implement a strong control (based on existing company policy and systems); and proficient in data entry and management.
- He/She must have a positive attitude, results-oriented & good communication skills.
