REQUIREMENTS:
- At least completed 2 years of college
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic computer operations knowledge
- Solid Sales Experience. If you can sell chocolate to women wearing white gloves, we want you!!
- Marketing experience, a huge plus.
- Work experience in a call center for at least 1-2 years is a plus
- An ability to deliver information at customer's knowledge level in an understandable manner.
- An ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively
- Dependability, keen on details and has strong customer service orientation.
- Applicants should be able to use networking w ebsites like Facebook.
- This will be a HOME BASED JOB and we are looking for TOP TALENT with proven experience and a solid track record to be able to join our home based team.
- This job (like most call center jobs) is a graveyard shift job and will be working nights.
