We are currently in need to fill the following full-time position:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT / IMPLEMENTERS
Responsibilities:
Provides training, implementation, and support to clients via e-Mail, phone, and other electronic medium. A full time position to ensure we are able to provide our clients with exceptional support services.
Specific knowledge requirement:
- A graduate of IT or any computer related courses.
- Able to install and configure Software/Hardware applications (Database Server, Web Server, and other related applications).
- Knowledge on Citrix Server, Cisco VPN client, CTL, and other related remote connection applications is an advantage.
- With solid understanding of Networks and above average technical knowledge
- With background in customer service is an advantage
- Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm.
- A background on Insurance Billing and Accounting is an advantage
- Excellent communication both oral and written
- Must be willing to work on night shifts and have flexible hours.
- Resident or willing to work in Cebu City
