Responsibilities:
As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing customer support for online self-service functions via inbound call support, and click-to-chat, including login, registration, password reset, profile management, online bill pay, and eBill management.
Requirements:
• Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate. (BS Nursing graduates are welcome to apply.)
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
