ENGINEERING LAND HEAD (CEBU)
Responsibilities:
- Manages the operations of the department;
- Analyzes, reviews, evaluates and endorses cost effective fleet management budget, cost allocations, and disposition of all land based equipments of the company;
- Evaluates performance of the team and endorses training need;
- Plans and allocates manpower or resources based on operational need;
- Ensures availability of land based equipments needed in operations; and
- Oversees the implementation of PMS, operational condition and status of land based fleet.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Preferably licensed, with ample exposure gained in all facets of heavy equipment maintena nce.
- Knowledgeable in PMS implementation.
- Experience in handling projects is an advantage.
- Resilient, innovative, mature, able to multi-task & can handle pressure quite well.
- Familiar or knowledge on ISO systems is an added advantage.
