TECHNICAL SUPPORT
To be successful in this role you must:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- College Level (preferably in the IT or any related field)
- Excellent English communication skill
- Excellent Oral and Written English skills
- Excellent listening skills and keen attention to detail
- Internet Savvy
- Knowledgeable on email setup using MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc
- Web hosting knowledge is a plus
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Lateral thinker and problem solver
- Typing speed of 30wpm or more
The role will involve:
Supporting over 1,000,000 users
Logging Support calls and emails
Troubleshooting and resolving incidents
Escalating Serious issues
Working to resolve on-going/recurring problems
Characteristics
- Must be self motivated and able to work in a team
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be motivated and focused
- Must be hungry to consistently achieve KPI's and earn generous bonuses
- Must be looking for success and personal growth at a very dynamic company
- Willing to learn and excel in a long term career
