Tier II Tech Support Agents ( Cebu City )
Responsibilities:
- Be assigned to a specific customer base (consumer or small to medium-sized business) and product (hardware/software, workstation, server/networking)
- Help customers solve a wide variety of technical problems and offering suggestions that provide a more complete solution to their needs some routine and straightforward, some complex and challenging.
- Work in a friendly, fast-paced environment where personal initiative is rewarded.
- Become an expert in the product that you support or sell; learn valuable technical knowledge, problem solving skills, and state-of-the-art contact center tools.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least one (1) year call center experience.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
