Is currently looking for:
REPORTING DEVELOPER
Sykes is currently pooling for an experienced Reporting Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, documentation, development, and support of wide ranging data analytics and reporting projects.
Key Responsibilities includes:
- Examining and evaluating purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control.
- Reviewing reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report.
- Evaluating findings, using knowledge of workflow, operating practices, workforce schedules, and critical key performance indicators.
- Recommending establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
To qualify as Reporting Developer the following are expected:
- Experience with Excel. SQL management studio desired
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
- Understanding of data modeling, design and architecture principles and techniques across master data, transaction data and derived/analytic data
- Understanding of data storage/management technologies
- Understanding of various relational database design concepts
- Basic SQL skills
