Main Responsibilities:
- Extract and produce reports
- Analyze reports and trends
- Send reports to clients and stakeholders
- Consolidate shift schedules
Qualifications:
- At least college level, preferably of any IT-related course
- With at least 1 year experience as Report Analyst in a Call Center setting
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Expert in using Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must be willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedules
