We are URGENTLY in need of:
IT SUPPORT STAFF
Qualifications:
- Must have at least minimal experience with MySQL; knowledge in PHP is a plus.
- Must be familiar in basic PC and LAN troubleshooting.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be 19-31 years old.
- Good communication skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Willing to work night shifts.
Tasks:
- Provide technical support and assistance to Northern KPO end-users.
- Coordinate with operations team.
- Assist operations team in producing ad-hoc reports.
- Manage windows workstations and linux servers.
- Assist in the configuration and operation of vicidial/asterisk servers.
