Is currently looking for:

MARKETING ASISTANT

Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Marketing Assistant who will report to the Executive Director.

Duties include:
1. Write media releases, email newsletter, event announcements and presentations.
2. Write Marketing copy for brochures, proposals, website, and blog.
3. Generate template letters for mass mailings to prospective customers, including thank you letters.
4. Create blog posts, update twitter & facebook status & feeds, company news & headlines in the website.
5. Serve as liaison between the company and media, print suppliers, and other marketing services.
6. Prepare event agenda, invitations, and registration forms for events.
7. Provide administrative and personal support to managers, including running errands, coordinating travel arrangements, & preparing agendas & appointments.

Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and a tolerance for working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, work well under pressure and work efficiently in the absence of managers
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word.

Requirements:
- MARKETING or COMMUNICATIONS major.
- 40 Words per minute minimum typing speed.

Salary:
- Minimum wage up to Php16,000 depending on experience.
