CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
- Someone who will provide customer assistance over the phone and voiced functions and management.
- Respond promptly to customer's inquiries by recording the details of inquiries, comments and complaints of the customers.
- Collecting and analyzing customer's information regarding the products and services.
- Interact with customers by gathering the necessary information and determine the cause of the problem.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, selecting the appropriate solutions in solving the problem.
Qualifications:
- Applicants with or without working experience in a BPO industry are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work within Cebu City.
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Has strong English written and verbal command and excellent typing skills
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
