APPLICATION TESTER / QA
Job Description
- Elementz Interactive is dedicated to creating high quality iPhone, iPad, Android apps and enterprise level web applications.
- As a QA or Software Tester you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment .You will be working very closely with the developers on any issues that might arise. This position requires an organized, efficient individual who feels a real sense of ownership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and test new and modified apps to verify that the app functions according to functional specifications, user requirements and development guidelines.
- Accurately track and report software errors and failures created during testing, with detailed descriptions of the inputs and conditions necessary to reproduce the error
- Test iOS and Android apps
- Contribute to the evolution of the Software Development Process
- Provide status on ongoing projects
- Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for software evaluation
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience testing and QA
- Must have experience with bug tracking software such as RedMine, Bugzilla or equivalent
- Familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, HTTP(S), FTP)
Personal qualification:
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Focus on delivery to customer
- Passion for technologies
- Good oral and written English
