Is currently looking for:
RECRUITMENT SELECTION SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in BS/AB Psychology, required
- 1-2 years' experience in HR/Recruitment in the BPO industry, require
- Must be reliable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with different people
- Must have a strong personality
- Must be driven and must be self-starter
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting of Preliminary Interview, for walk-in applicants.
- Ensures that required number of processed applicants is met on daily basis.
- Conducting Reference Check for both agent and non-agent applicants.
- Facilitating endorsement to HR of agent and non-agents applicants, upon passing the recruitment process.
- Supervising the OJT's if applicable.
- Updating and sending of GTP Profiling Report to Training.
- Updating and sending of Recruitment Selection Report and other reports, assigned.
- Ensures that trainees are committed to show up on the agreed start date/training date.
