Responsibilities:
- Someone who will provide voiced assistance for customers regarding troubleshooting hardware problems and other various technical concerns.
- Will be responsible for assuring total customer service and satisfaction.
- Someone who will maintain client and customer relationship with the business of the account or campaign you will be representing.
Qualifications:
- Applicants with or without working experience in a BPO industry are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work within Cebu City.
- With good interpersonal and communication skills.
- With excellent orientation and background in computers and technical concepts.
- Has strong English written and verbal command and excellent typing skills.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
